I just went field checked this 50k whole house that Oko and his team installed on Wed/Thurs this week and I have to say that I have NEVER seen anything like it !!! When I go to an install, I look critically (especially when it comes to my kids) and I have to say that the finish product is as near perfect as I have ever seen in my 9 (going on 10 yrs) with in this field. I have never seen as tight and precise a mitre (he really doesn’t even need to chalk his joints but, of course, he does !!!) And his outside capping and caulking are perfect as well. They even went the extra mile (on their own initiative) and placed mortar along the entire length of one of their new patio doors to ensure that the exposed trench at the base of the door was perfect and restored to the original condition. All I can say is woW, wOW, WOW !!!.
And if this isn’t the best news ever, of the 5 installs that were done for my family (including my own), this is the only one that was 100% completed by the end of the 2 day install [note; 3 of my childrens installs (Josh, Jess & Sarah) still have outstanding work to be done months and months after their installs].
Oko doesn’t say much (if anything) but his actions speak louder than his words. And, again, his actions are as close to perfection as I have ever seen within company and outside of company.
So bravo Oko … Our premium product needs an equally superior install and this, my friends, is a marriage made in heaven !!!
